SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Former Sturgis Scooper Lynsey Prosser had a big game for Augustana as they picked up a crucial win Saturday night.

The Vikings defeated one of their biggest rivals, Northern State, 90-86, in a wild overtime victory.

Augustana returns to action on Monday, March 12 and takes on No. 2 Central Missouri in the Central Region championship game at 7 p.m. in the Elmen Center for the right to play in the Elite Eight at the Sanford Pentagon.

Prosser made a series of big 3's in the second half, and finished with 21 points.

Paige Peterson scored 16, Presley O’Farrell had 15, Logan O’Farrell had 12 and Shelby Selland added 11 for Augustana, which was outrebounded 50-32 by the Wolves but nevertheless executed a series of crucial plays to tie the score in regulation and take the lead in overtime.
