HURON, S.D. – South Dakota Farm Bureau invites landowners and ranchers and farmers to a special webinar focusing on utility-scale solar energy contracts. Scheduled for July 1, 2024, this educational session begins at 6:00 p.m. CT and features Kristine Tidgren from Iowa State University.

Kristine Tidgren, serving as an adjunct assistant professor and the director of the Center for Agricultural Law and Taxation, will lead the discussion. With extensive expertise in agricultural law, particularly in solar energy contracts, Tidgren will provide valuable insights and legal interpretations that impact the agricultural sector.
