STURGIS, S.D. – Sturgis fire crews responded to a motorhome fire just outside Sturgis Saturday morning.
The fire was reported in the Blucksberg development south of Sturgis.
Fire crews arrived to find a motorhome engulfed in flames.
Crews battled extreme cold to knock down the fire.
The camper was parked next to a home and fire crews were able to keep the fire from spreading to the home.
No injuries were reported.
It wasn’t the only call for Sturgis fire crews Saturday.
Crews also responded to an attic fire at a home on Park St., making it their second fire for Saturday.
Fire was knocked down quickly, and no injuries were reported.
