Health officials report 184 new cases of COVID-19 in Saturday report

PIERRE, S.D. — Health officials on Saturday reported 184 new cases of  COVID-19 with 51 of them listed as probable.

The number of active cases was up to 2,443 and the number of people hospitalized because of the virus remained at 103.

No new deaths were reported, leaving the state death toll at 1,938.

One new probable case was reported West River in Lyman County.

An additional 416 people have recovered from the virus, which puts the total number of recoveries at 113,980.
