RAPID CITY, S.D. – The best high school rodeo athletes in South Dakota are gearing up for the highly anticipated Wrangler 20X High School Showcase. This prestigious event, held in conjunction with one of the top PRCA rodeos in the country, gives young competitors the chance to showcase their skills on a professional stage.
The Wrangler 20X High School Showcase features the top high school rodeo athletes from each region in South Dakota, competing in a variety of events, including barrel racing, breakaway roping, bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, team roping, pole bending, tiedown roping, goat tying, steer wrestling, and bull riding.
Rodeo Rapid City, produced by Sutton Rodeo, is known for its high-energy performances. The Wrangler 20X High School Showcase continues that tradition, highlighting the next generation of rodeo champions who aspire to compete on the national stage.
In addition to thrilling competition, the event provides scholarship opportunities provided by Western Legacy Foundation, helping student-athletes pursue their rodeo and academic dreams.
