GOLDEN, Colo. – In a game where the NCAA Div. II's top offenses took top billing, fans got exactly what they wanted as South Dakota School of Mines traveled to Golden, Colorado, to challenge the No. 6 ranked Colorado School of Mines Orediggers in a Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference shootout.

A combined 126 points (new SD Mines record) were scored in the game --- 91 of which in the first two quarters. The Orediggers were finally able to find ways to stop the Hardrockers' High Octane Offense and put up 35 points in the third quarter while somehow keeping the 'Rockers in check for the entire second half.

SD wide receiver Isaiah Manley had an outstanding game with another record-setting day for the senior. He tied the record for TD catches in a game with four hauled in on Saturday. He now shares that record with Ryan Cadawaller from 1995. He also tied his own record of 14 catches in a game that Manley set last week in New Mexico and also shares with Cadawaller.

Manley also finished the day with 147 reception yards and breached the 1,000-yard mark for the season with 1,016 yards so far this season. He becomes the first Hardrocker since 1995 (Cadawaller 1,182 ) to rack over 1,000 receiving yards.
Hardrocker QB Jake Sullivan also had another extraordinary day with five touchdown passes, completing 33 of 54 attempts for 425 yards. He also rushed the ball 13 times for 28 yards.

Sophomore receiver Joe Luebers also had a great day with eight catches for 107 yards and a score while Zach Hoopman had a rushing touchdown as well. Hoopman ended the day with 11 rushes for 21 yards.
Enis Sefa was 6-6 on extra-point kicks for the Hardrockers and had seven kickoffs for 413 yards and two touchbacks.

Defensively, Will Carroll led the Hardrockers with nine total tackles and Dominick Jackson added seven tackles and a pass breakup while Michael Retland contributed with six total tackles.
