Post 320 splits games with Scottsbluff, Buckly

RAPID CITY, S.D. – Rapid City Post 320 split a pair of games it played yesterday against Scottsbluff, Nebraska and Buckly.

The Stars scored 4 runs in the eighth inning to get a 12-8 win over Scottsbluff.

The game went into extra innings after Scottsbluff tied the contest in the bottom of the seventh.

Wyatt Hunt helped lead the Stars with 3 hits and 3 R.B.I.’s. Tate Walker and Gavyn Dansby also had 3 hits each for Post 320.

In Game two, Buckly edged Post 320 13-12 in a hit-fest.

The Stars fell one run short of a comeback in the bottom of the seventh – scoring 4 runs after trailing by 5.

Buckly finished with 17 hits while Post 320 had 9.

Hunt had 3 R.B.I.’s for Post 320 in game two and Lane Darrow added 3 hits.
