Rapid City Post 320 falls to Ames

RAPID CITY, S.D. – Ames, Iowa used a 7 run sixth inning to pull ahead of Post 320 and pick up a 10-5 Sunday victory.

Ames outhit the Stars 13-4 and Post 320 was also hurt by five errors.

James Rogers pitched 5.1 innings for the Stars with no strikeouts.

Ames scored ten strikeouts among two pitchers.

The Stars fall to 6-10 on the season.
