UNATED – The South Dakota High School Soccer season got underway Friday.

The Spearfish boys and girls soccer teams opened up the season with victories over St Thomas More.

The Spearfish boys defeated the Cavaliers 6-1. The Spearfish girls beat St Thomas More 4-3.

In other action Friday, the Belle Fourche boys rolled over Hot Springs 13-0.
