St Thomas More wins team title of Region 4A Golf Tournament Monday

HOT SPRINGS, S.D. – The Region 4A Golf Tournament was held in Hot Springs Monday, with the top three teams earning bids for the State A Boys Golf Tournament coming up next week in Hot Springs.

St Thomas More, Custer and Hot Springs finished one, two, three Monday. The Cavaliers carded the low score of 368 for first with Custer a distant second with 380. Hot Springs was third with a 436.

Winning individual medalist honors was Lance Christenson of Little Wound with a 73. Cade Jacobson of St Thomas More was second with an 83 and Dustyn Fish of Custer was third with a 90.
