Annual Charolais sale at Stock Show brings in over $210,000

RAPID CITY, S.D. – The annual Charolais Sale at the Black Hills Stock Show Tuesday brought in over $210,000.

Forty-six lots of bulls sold for a total of $201,000, two lots of heifers sold for $8,250 and one bred heifer sold for $2,000.

Bulls brought an average of $4,369 and the average price for the heifers was $4,125.

The top selling  Charolais bull sold for $17,500. Ot was TR Mr. Montie’s Vision 9987f ET. The second top selling bull sold for $14,500.

The top selling Charolais heifer fetched $4,250.
