Area College Basketball recap – BHSU earns first win of the season

SPEARFISH, S.D. – The Black Hills State Unviersity Men’s Basketball team earned its first win of the season Saturday with a 77 to 72 overtime win over Arkansas Fort Smith.

Matthew Ragsdale led all scorers with 27 points. Hoku Fisher added a dozen.

In other area action, the South Dakota Mines’ mens basketball team finished their home opening weekend with an 84 to 66 win over Texas A&M International.
