RAPID CITY, S.D. — Police say a 22-year-old, Kyle, S.D. woman has been charged with one count of manslaughter and two counts of aggravated assault in relation to a shooting incident that took place on November 29 on Marquette Drive in Rapid City.
The arrest follows an announcement earlier in the day Tuesday that they were searching for Jesse Schmockel. Police located her by mid afternoon and Tuesday evening they announced the arrest.
The arrest is in connection with an early Monday morning shooting in which three people were shot. One of the gunshot victims died.
Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
