RAPID CITY, S.D. – The Pennington County Sheriff’s Office has identified the man found dead along Highway 16 Monday morning.
Authorities say it is 24-year old Dhani Aronson of Rapid City. His death has been ruled a homicide, but have not said how Aronson died.
Aronson’s body was found in a ditch near the Copper Oaks sign near the intersection of Highway 16 and Wilderness Canyon Road. A passer-by had noticed the body and called authorities.
The Pennington County Sherriff’s Office and Rapid City Police Department are both working the case.
