PIERRE, S.D. – Rapid City Central dropped a baseball twin bill to Pierre last night.
The Governors won game one 9-3 and blew out Central in game two 20-4.
Rilery Palmer had two hits for Central in game one and Kayden Jones added 2 R.B.I.
In game 2, Pierre took an 18-4 lead after three innings and never looked back. Pierre’s Matthew Hanson had 4 hits and 3 R.B.I. in game two.
There was also Junior Legion Baseball Action Wednesday night.
Rapid City’s Post 22 Expos defeated Spearfish in a doubleheader 6-1 and 15-0.
The Post 22 Bullets split a twin bill with Gillete Prep. In game one, the Bullets prevailed 10-8. Gillette Prep got the win in game two, 1-0.
