UNDATED – Both Black Hills State and SD School of Mines mens’ basketball teams got wins Saturday night.
BHSU won their ninth consecutive game with a 65-61 win over Colorado Mines.
The Jackets were led by Stefan Desnica with 14 points.
The Hardrocker men also picked up a 71-49 win over UC-Colorado Springs.
The Hardrockers got 22 points from Allec Williams in the victory.
Meanwhile, the BHSU women dropped a 64-53 game to Colorado Mines.
The Orediggers jumped on the Jackets early, outscoring them 17-9 in the first quarter, never looking back.
Racquel Wientjes and Ashley Davis each led BHSU with 13 points.
The Hardrocker women earned a 74-58 victory over UC-Colorado Springs.
Led by Ryan Weiss’ 21 points, the Rockers pulled away in the second half after a close battle in the first.
