WAYNE, Neb. – The Black Hills State women’s basketball team (2-1, 0-0 RMAC) traveled to Wayne, Nebraska to face the Wayne State Wildcats (2-1, 0-0 NSIC) in more preseason action Friday evening.
The Yellow Jackets handed the Wildcats their first loss of the season defeating Wayne State 66-55 at Rice Auditorium.
Leading the Yellow Jackets on offense was junior Danica Kocer, who recorded nine points and two assists. Close behind Kocer were senior Ashley Davis and Freshman Kalla Bertram, who recorded eight points each on the night.

ABERDEEN, S.D. – Black Hills State men’s basketball dropped it’s Friday game to Augustana, 73-63 at night one of the 2021 East-West Challenge.
The Yellow Jackets (2-1, 0-0 RMAC) are handed their first loss of the season, shooting 39.3 percent from the field.
Adam Moussa led the offense with 17 points to go along with four assists and a rebound.
