DELL RAPIDS, SD – The body of a 55-year-old Dell Rapids woman who has been missing for six days was found Wednesday night, according to the Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office. Kenyon Brown’s body was found around 7:15 p.m. when the Prairie Patriots, a response team, were conducting a search, the sheriff’s office announced in a tweet.
Brown had been missing since July 22. Â She was last seen a few miles east of Dell Rapids,
Her family previously told Dakota News Now she left home without a phone or her ID. A search by volunteers along with drones began in the area and extended to surrounding communities.
No other details about Brown’s death have been released.
