RAPID CITY, S.D. – Rapid City Police says a Box Elder man was arrested after allegedly throwing eggs at a group of homeless individuals.
Marcus Baumstarck, 24, was arrested for simple assault and a felony warrant following Thursday’s incident in the area of E. North Street and Spruce Street.
Police say Baumstarck had eggs in his pickup truck when they pulled him over Riley Avenue and Watertown Street.
The victim’s identified Baumstarck as the individual who threw the eggs.
