RAPID CITY, S.D. — A Box Elder man found guilty of receipt and possession of child porn charges back in January 2021 has been sentenced to eight years in prison and 10 years supervised release for each charge.
51-year-old Christopher Lee Golden will serve his time concurrently, meaning the time he serves will count towards both sentences.
This case was investigated by the South Dakota Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office, the Meade County Sheriff’s Office, and members of the Black Hills Fugitive Task Force.
