BELLE FOURCHE, S.D. – Buffalo captured both the men’s and women’s team titles of the Belle Fourche Invite Cross Country meet.
Buffalo won the boys team title with a score of 34. Belle Fourche was second with a 62 and Custer was third with a 66.
Winning the boys race was Lane Krautschun of Belle Fourche in a time of 17:05.33. Gage Grohs of Custer was second and Zack Friese of Buffalo was third.
Buffalo captured the girls team title with a score of 23. Custer was second. Winning the race was Hallie Person of Lead-Deadwood with a time of 21:05.31. Kira Ubence of Douglas was second and Brit Wheeler of Custer was third.
