Canton wins team title as champions are crowned at State B Wrestling

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Champions were crowned on Saturday night as the South Dakota State B Wrestling tournament came to a close.

Logan Graf of Custer won the 106 pound championship. He defeated Gunner Kvistad of Clark/Willow Lake.

At 126, Philip’s Jadyn Coller brought home second place, dropping the championship match to Kaden Keiser of Winner. Keiser won via a 7-3 decision.

Micaiah Grace of Custer also brought home second place, dropping his championship match to Shaeden Scheidt of Canton. Scheidt won via fall at 3:32.

And, at 195, Philip’s Cody Donnelly lost his championship match to Cullen Rutten of Canton in a 6-3 decision. Donnelly brings home second place for the Scotties.

Canton won the team title with 240.5 with Winner Area in second with 173. Redfield Area placed third with 92.5 and Burke/Gregory was fourth 88.5

Top placing West River team was Philip in eighth. Custer placed 10th.
