RAPID CITY, S.D. – Tuesday was the annual Charolais show and sale at the Black Hills Stock Show.
In all, 36 bulls sold this year for a total of $180,000. Four yearling heifers sold $23,000 and 2 bred heifers sold for $23,250.
Top selling Charolais bull was TC Otter Banks 01J, which sold for $16,000. Grand Champion Charolais bull was White Rose Pixie Direct 029H, which sold for $12,500.
Top selling Charolais heifer was OCR Miss Sideline J266. She sold for $11,000.
The grand champion heifer was TR Ms. Outsider 0776H ET. She sold for $20,000.
The Charolais sale brought in a grand total of $226,250.
