Cheyenne River Sioux Tribal law enforcement investigating weekend shooting

EAGLE BUTTE, S.D. – A deadly double shooting on the Cheyenne River reservation is under investigation.

Authorities said in a Facebook post Sunday that several people were involved in the Saturday night shooting that left two dead.

Officials aren’t releasing the names of anyone involved.

Authorities say a suspect is in custody.

No word on what led to the shooting.
