DURANGO, Colo. – Black Hills State football moved past Fort Lewis, 34-20, Saturday afternoon.
The Yellow Jackets (5-4, 4-3 RMAC) totaled 524 yards of offense in the game, including a season-high 344 rushing yards while holding FLC to just 98 yards on the ground.
Nolan Susel led the team with three touchdowns, all rushing, while totaling 173 yards on 15 rushes.
Cameron Goods rushed 10 times for 87 yards, and Emiliano Mejia scored the first touchdown of his career while tallying 30 yards on nine tries.

They succeeded in getting over .500 in a game that they dominated from start to finish. The Hardrockers got another school record from Ben Noland and were able to bench nearly all of their starters in the second half in a 63-9 victory.
