UNDATED – A Custer man has been sentenced to 33 months in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release, after being convicted of being in possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
Kelly Campbell, 28, was sentenced July 30 by Judge Karen E. Schreier.
Campbell was indicted by a federal grand jury in August of 2020 after being found to be in possession of a pistol after a pursuit by Rapid City Police in March of 2020.
Campbell plead guilty in April of this year.

A Box Elder woman has been sentenced for distribution of a controlled substance.
Jennifer Cagle, 32, was sentenced to 24 and a half years in prison, followed by five years of supervised release.
Cagle was indicted for Conspiracy to Distribute a Controlled Substance by a federal grand jury on July 23, 2020.
During her involvement in the conspiracy, prosecutors say Cagle distributed methamphetamine to others in the Rapid City area.
She pleaded guilty on April 2 of this year.
