Deadwood’s November Gaming Revenues Up

DEADWOOD, S.D. – According to statistics released recently by the South Dakota Commission on Gaming, Deadwood’s overall gaming revenues were up 10.17 percent over November of 2022, with slot machine handle increasing by 10.00 percent, when compared to November of 2022.

The table game handle increased by 12.89 percent when compared to 2022 November’s table game handle. Deadwood’s sports wagering handle was up 12.34 percent when compared to November 2022.

Deadwood gaming operators rewarded players with $1,740,173 in “free-play” for the month of November, leaving taxable adjusted gross revenues of $10,614,954 for November of 2023.

“With November’s strong performance, our YTD increase is up 2.84 percent,” said Mike Rodman, executive director of the Deadwood Gaming Association. “Sports wagering’s YTD increase is up 22.62 percent.”
