DeLayne Williams, age 80, of Philip, South Dakota, died on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at Monument Health Hospice House in Rapid City.
Visitation will be held 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, August 9, at the Rush Funeral Home in Philip.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 10, at the Rush Funeral Home in Philip, with Pastor Christopher McCarthy officiating.
Interment will follow at the Masonic Cemetery in Philip.
DeLayne Keith Williams was born September 9, 1942 in New Underwood, South Dakota to Percy “Bud” and Elberta “Birdie” (Knapp) Williams.
Survivors include his daughter Melody Diedrichs and her husband John of Wall; a son Travis Williams of Middleton, Rhode Island; grandchildren Tyrel (Kassidy) Eisenbraun, Taran (Tayah) Eisenbraun, Tate (Katie Carlson) Eisenbraun; step-grandchildren Libby and Brooke Diedrichs; great-grandchildren Landon, Declan, Tinley, Griffin, Tove and Kohen Eisenbraun; a brother Rocky Williams of Philip; and many nieces and nephews.
DeLayne was preceded in death by his wife Carlyn, and his parents Bud and Birdie Williams.
