PIERRE, S.D. – The South Dakota Department of Health today released its final weekly COVID-19 report.
The department says a new simplified COVID-19 dashboard will be released at the end of June and updates would then be done on a monthly basis.
As for the final weekly report, health officials reported 257 new cases this past week with 33 hospitalizations. New hospitalizations this week totaled 17.
There were two new deaths among cases reported. The new deaths sent the state’s death toll to 3,231
