RAPID CITY, S.D. – Fire crews were busy battling blazes in near Red Flag Warning conditions Sunday.
Pennington County Fire says the Doty Fire Department quickly corralled a fire that burned in the 8800 block of Nemo Road.
Another fire had burned over 30 acres 3.5 miles northeast of Pringle as of Sunday afternoon and another smaller blaze was reported southwest of Blackhawk.
Fire crews were urging residents to be careful with combustibles with the extremely dry conditions.
