SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Inflation is impacting every aspect of Feeding South Dakota’s operations. That from Stacey Andernacht, the Marketing and Communications Director of the state’s organization whose mission is to end hunger in South Dakota.
Andernacht says right now, the organization is seeing a decrease in the amount of food that is being donated, and an increase in a need for services.
She says they have food and are getting food, but it’s going out of their distribution centers nearly as quickly as it’s coming in.
More information can be found at Feeding South Dakota’s website, which is feedingsouthdakota.org
