RAPID CITY, S.D. – Dry conditions continue to keep fire crews busy, with another grass fire being reported Monday.
The latest fire was located just off the north side of I-90, southeast of Whitewood.
Great Plains Fire says the Eden Fire was reported just after 2:00 p.m. Monday. It burned nearly 29 acres before fire crews were able to contain it.
Federal, state and local resources battled the blaze which was listed as human caused.
