RAPID CITY, S.D. – A former catholic priest was sentenced last week for child sex crimes.
Marcin Garbacz pleaded guilty for illicit sexual conduct in a foreign place.
While traveling in Poland, Gargacz recorded video of an unclothed minor.
He received five years with credit for 479 days already served and will serve this sentence after his current sentence of seven years and nine months for stealing from the Diocese of Rapid City expires.
