SPEARFISH, S.D. – Spearfish won the team title of their home wrestling invitational on Saturday.
The Spartans finished with 160 points with Sturgis coming in second with 148 points. Rapid City Central was third with 120 points, Belle Fourche was fourth with 104.5 and Lemmon rounded out the top five with 104 points.
Sturgis crowned two champions on the day with Annalee Pierson at 107 pounds and Kaidynce Hand at 114.
Candice Matsuda of Spearfish won the 126 pound title and her teammate Makita Raysor won at 145 pounds.
