SIOUX FALLS, S.D.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Oct 28, 2020–The Board of Directors of Great Western Bancorp, Inc. ( NYSE: GWB ) today announced that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend to its stockholders.
A quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per common share will be paid on November 27, 2020, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 12, 2020. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
