HARDING COUNTY, S.D. – Voters in Harding County went to the polls Tuesday for a special school referendum.
Voters were deciding whether or not to close the attendance center at Camp Crook and Ludlow effective for the 2024-2025 school year.
Unofficial results show 338 yes votes and 166 no votes for Camp Crook and 340 yes votes and 162 no votes for Ludlow.
A yes vote is in favor of closing the two attendance centers.
Officials reported voter turnout at 40-percent and greater.
