RAPID CITY, S.D. – Hill City finished in sixth place Saturday after dropping the consolation championship match at the Class A State Volleyball Tournament.
Hill City dropped the first set to Elkton 25-21, but came back to win the second set 25-22. Elkton would win the next two sets, 25-21, 26-24 to win fifth place.
Whitney Edwards helped lead the Rangers with 12 kills.
