RAPID CITY, S.D. – Rapid City Police have arrested a Hill City woman Sunday following a traffic stop near 3rd Street and Cleveland.
Police say they stopped 28-year-old Bobbie Midgett for a stop sign violation shortly after midnight Sunday.
Midgett was found to be driving with a suspended license and police also found a handgun, syringes and drug paraphernalia, including methamphetamine pipes during a search of her car.
Midgett is being charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Distribution of a Controlled Substance, Commission of a Felony with a Firearm, Driving Under Suspension, and a Stop Sign Violation.
