Inductees honored at Sturgis Motorcycle Museum Hall of Fame Breakfast

STURGIS, S.D. – The 2022 Sturgis Motorcycle Museum Hall of Fame Breakfast was held Wednesday morning, to honor the incoming inductees into the hall.

The event brings together many aspects of the motorcycle industry.

This year’s inductees are Robin Bradley, Bill Davidson, Karen Davidson, Bob Kay, Carlo and Emma Lujan, Tom Seymour, the Motorcycle Riders Foundation and winning the Arlen Ness Lifetime Achievement Award was Don Emde.

Emde was being recognized for his many years of success in the motorcycle industry. Among his accomplishments are being the first to win the Daytona 200 on a Yamaha motorcycle, and serving on the A.M.A. Board of Directors.

Honored posthumously this year in the ‘Kickstands Down’ award was Ben Hardy, who was a prominent Harley-Davidson motorcycle mechanic and custom builder.

This year’s ceremony was held at The Lodge in Deadwood.
