DEADWOOD, S.D. – A LEad man has been sentenced to four years in prison after pleading no contest to aggravated assault.
Julian Scott Dalhinger, 20, was sentenced to eight years in prison with four years suspended and credit for time served of 15 days. He was also ordered to pay court costs and attorney fees.
Dahlinger pleaded guilty in April for stabbing another man in 2020.
During his sentencing, the judge said Dahlinger was a risk to the public due to prior arrests.
