RAPID CITY, S.D. – Sioux Falls Lincoln won their fifth consecutive State AA Tennis Tournament Friday.
The Patriots captured the team title with 547 points. Rapid City Stevens finished second with 504.5 points and Sioux Falls O’Gorman finished a distant third with 310 points. Harrisburg and Brandon Valley round out the top five.
The Patriots won three singles titles and two doubles titles.
Meanwhile, Rapid City Stevens finished runner-up for the second time in three years.
The Raiders won four individual state titles.
Vanessa Wittenberg at Flight 1, Julia Wiedmeier at Flight 5, Peyton Ogle at Flight 6 and the Flight 3 doubles title featuring Wiedmeier and Emma Thurness.
