RAPID CITY, S.D. – A Rapid City man charged with murder is seeking a new attorney.
Craig Returns From Scout was back in court this week where he told Judge Jeff Connolly that he is seeking a new attorney as he plans to change his plea.
Returns From Scout initially pleaded not guilty in connection with the death of Glennard Gunn, who was found dead in an alley in September of last year.
Judge Connolly set his next hearing for August 14 to meet with the new lawyer.
