RAPID CITY, S.D. – Prosecutors will have 45 days to decide whether or not to seek the death penalty against a New York man charged with murdering three people.
Arnson Absolu, 37, was arrested in New York in September 2020 in connection with the deaths of Charles Red Willow, Ashley Nagy and Dakota Zaiser.
Absolu appeared virtually from the Pennington County Jail for his status hearing Tuesday.
Red Willow and Nagy were victims of an August 24, 2020 homicide near Meadowlark Drive. The remains of Zaiser were found in a wooded area near Sheridan Lake.
