RAPID CITY, S.D. – A felony warrant has been issued for Charles Anthony Murphy, who faces charges including two counts of forgery and one count of identity theft.
Murphy is a white male, 43 years old at the time of this notice. He stands at approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighs around 220 pounds, and has red hair with hazel eyes.
Murphy’s whereabouts place him in the five state area of the Dakotas, Montana, Wyoming and Nebraska.
