RAPID CITY, S.D. – A Manderson man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison after being convicted or voluntary manslaughter.
Tyson White Plume, 29, pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter after initially being indicted for second degree murder in connection with the shooting death of his 17-year-old girlfriend in Rockyford.
White Plume admitted to shooting the girl in the face in February of 2022.
The shooting occurred in the residence of Sarah Stone, who was sentenced to time served for misprision of a felony, or lying to investigators about the incident.
