STURGIS, S.D. – Meade County State’s Attorney Michelle Bordewyk updated the Meade County Commission this past week on felony cases in the month of March.
Bordewyk reported In March 2023 there were 44 new felony cases opened. The 2023 year-to-date felony cases opened is 102 cases.
She also reports there were 32 D-U-I’s in the month of March and for the year, there have been 75. There were also 16 new drug cases opened in March.
