Michael M. “Mickey” Daly, age 83, of Midland, South Dakota, died on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at the Scotchman Living Center in Philip.
Visitation will be held 4-6 p.m. with a Christian Funeral Vigil beginning at 6 p.m. Friday, January 5, 2024 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Philip.
A Christian Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 6, 2024 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Philip.
A Christian Funeral Committal will follow at the Masonic Cemetery in Philip.
Survivors include four children Brennan (Vickie) Daly of Midland, Stacy Daly of Wall, Brady (Radka) Daly of Hartford, and Steve (Julie) Daly of Midland; two step-daughters Janet’ (John) Abrahamson of Knoxville, Tennessee, and Lynette Clay of Murdo; 12 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Mickey was preceded in death by his first wife Kathleen “Kathy” Fellar Daly; two daughters Angie Blanusa and Debra Ann Daly; a son Patrick Daly; his parents Maurice and Ethel (Brady) Daly; two brothers Paul and George Daly; and one sister Doris Daly Blanusa.
