Monday’s COVID-19 Report – 26 total new cases, no new deaths

PIERRE, S.D. – The Monday COVID-19 report from the state Department of Health indicated 19 new, confirmed cases and 7 probable cases for a total of 26.

Active cases fell by 51 to 2,106 and the number of people hospitalized remained steady for a third day in a row at 64.

No new deaths were reported today, keeping the state’s death toll at 1,912.

Across the Black Hills area, just 4 new cases were reported. Pennington County had 3 of the them and Oglala Lakota County had one new case.
