STURGIS, S.D. – The latest numbers in from Monument Health show an increase in the number of people visiting the E.R. or Urgent Care.
Monument Health Sturgis saw 50 people in the latest 24 hour reporting period.
Rapid City reported 27, Lead-Deadwood had 14 and Spearfish reported 10.
Sturgis reported 2 inpatients while Rapid City admitted 17.
Emergency, Urgent Care Traffic is high in Sturgis and Custer and moderate in Rapid City and Spearfish.
The Monument Health Daily Motorcycle Rally Tally from Monument Health hospitals in Custer, Lead-Deadwood, Rapid City, Spearfish and Sturgis will be updated each morning from Friday, Aug. 4, to Sunday, Aug. 13. The report will show the number of Rally related inpatients (those hospitalized) on the morning posted, and emergency room (ER) visits for a 24-hour period by facility.
