RAPID CITY, S.D. – The Black Hills State women’s golf team closed out their second tournament of the fall with a tie for fifth place at the Hardrocker Fall Invite at The Golf Club at Red Rock on Tuesday afternoon.
The Yellow Jackets were led by Katie Jorgenson for the second consecutive tournament as she finished in a tie for 11th, while Ava Kalanek and Leyni Stavola also added top-30 finishes for BHSU.
Through two tournaments this fall Black Hills State as a team is averaging a 333.5 stroke average, which is an 18.1 stoke improvement from a year ago when they were averaging 351.6 at this point in time.
